警方24日凌晨1:47分左右，開始用擴音器柔性勸民眾離開行政院，並且也請媒體場，正式驅離開始，在勸離的過程中，也出現民眾與警方的大聲叫罵，充滿肅殺氣氛，學生雖手勾手堅持躺在地上不離開，但警方的驅離動作愈來愈強烈，正式展開第三波的驅離動作。

同時警方也已將行政院三面清空，現在只剩一號門前還有學生聚集，灑水車也已經開進現場，準備灑水驅離，這次警方在行政院後門已開始強制驅離，準備一鼓作氣的要把群眾趕出門外。
