貪警30萬交保　檢方提抗告

【賴又嘉／台北報導】萬華分局郭姓警員、中山分局陳姓警員、林姓警員、內湖分局蕭姓警員遭人檢舉收賄包庇賭博性電玩業者，還接受性招待，昨遭檢調搜索、約談，其中陳姓白手套和陳姓警員今晨遭檢方以貪污等罪聲押，但法官認為相關事證明確，沒有羈押必要，裁定2人各以30萬元交保。檢方不服，已提起抗告。
 
檢調查出，4名警員均透過白手套定期向不同賭博、色情護膚業者收賄，其中陳姓警員因是維新小組成員，只要有任何臨檢訊息，就會洩露給白手套，包庇賭博、色情護膚業者。檢調懷疑全案恐有更高層警官涉入，不排除發動第二波搜索、約談。
