標題[問題] 請問公會自行加保的問題

請問一下 閃光的朋友要在新北市開彩卷行 剛好閃光也沒工作 要叫他去當店員 但沒勞保(原則上是不違反勞基法 因為不超過5人) 只好自己找工會加保 現在是不是要找與職業相符的公會保 不能隨便就近隨便找一家保 網路找到的文章 好像是勞保局會抓? 然後萬一有狀況的話 會影響到職災給付? 那應該只能保新北市彩卷職業工會 但閃光戶籍在台北市 可以去保台北市彩卷職業工會嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.169.218.171
