台北市政府員工「午茶時間」引熱議，有市府員工爆料指出，公務員繞市政府大樓競走一圈，集滿10次可換要價百元的紀念品，施行已8年，獎品累積金額近百萬元。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，有市府員工爆料，市府公務員在下午3時30分休息的「午茶時間」，繞市政府大樓競走一圈，集滿10次就可換要價百元的紀念品。有員工說，有人是散步聊天，「哪來運動效果？」

公管中心資料顯示，近5年來分別發送廚房用品、洗菜籃、摺疊椅、水杯組，今年送指甲刀等修容組與小型手電筒，經費從最高9萬9000元到7萬8400元，數量大約750份。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
