星房屋銷售連跌五季逾十年來最長跌勢

新加坡房屋銷售連續五季下跌，寫下逾十年來連續跌勢最長的紀錄，反映房屋貸款限制從嚴已抑制亞洲房價第二高市場的需求。

新加坡都市更新發展局（URA）公布的初步資料顯示，去年第4季民宅價格指數下跌1%，跌到205.8點，連續第五季走下坡，創下2004年3月以來最長跌勢。自2013年9月房價創新高以來，星國房價累計已回跌4.9%。

URA的數據顯示，2014全年住宅價格跌4%，是2008年以來首見的全年房價走跌，可見政府過去五年來的打房措施已奏效。如今，房價跌勢延續的時期已超過全球金融海嘯時期，當時星國房價從2008年中至2009年中連跌四季。

分析師預估，2015年新加坡房價可能再跌3%左右，而房屋銷售可能持續在2014年所見的低檔盤旋。
