德國麻疹具高傳染力，疾管署新增1名北部31歲男性為今年首例國內感染病例，感染源調查中，已掌握215名接觸者。

疾管署副署長周志浩報告今年第6例德國麻疹確定病例，患者11月7日出現咳嗽、流鼻水及出疹等症狀，隔日就醫，無出國史，研判是今年首例國內感染病例，感染源仍待調查，215名接觸者追蹤觀察到12月5日。

周志浩指出，境外移入的德國麻疹有5例，包括中國大陸2例、菲律賓、印尼、馬來西亞各1例。

他說，德國麻疹具高傳染性，在出疹前後7天都有傳染力，可經由飛沫或與病人直接接觸而傳染，疫苗接種可有效預防。

周志浩指出，不具德國麻疹抗體的孕婦、1歲以下及未完成麻疹、腮腺炎、德國麻疹混合疫苗(MMR)接種的嬰幼兒應避免前往流行地區，將前往流行區的民眾可到醫院附設的旅遊醫學門診評估接種需求。(中央社)
