伊朗德黑蘭的設計公司『Nextoffice』，設計了一座冬暖夏涼的房屋。這座建築物裡的房間是可以旋轉的，只要按下按鈕房間就會旋轉，讓住戶依照四季變化，調節光線及增加空間，令屋內冬暖夏涼。

中新網據《每日郵報》報導，這間屋的三個房間可旋轉90度，它們從外面看起來像木盒子。冬天時房間可轉向屋內，保持溫暖，夏天則可轉向屋外，讓空氣流通。屋內設有客房、客廳、辦公室、泳池和健身房等。

建築師說，其設計靈感來源於伊朗傳統房屋。在伊朗，住宅都會有兩個客廳，一個用於夏天，另一個則是冬天使用。

設計師說，這幢新型住宅的住戶可根據需要改變房間用途，如將二樓的客房轉動，與客廳合體，成為一個大套單間房。
