大醫院看病　診費未來恐破千

民眾未來未經轉診直接到醫學中心就醫，門診費用至少增逾5成，重病、醫療費高者，門診部分負擔更會暴增數倍、看1次病恐要花上千元。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，二代健保首份檢討報告曝光。衛生福利部設立的總檢討小組建議，提高門診費用，將現行門診部分負擔從固定金額，改為按所耗費的醫療費用一定比率計算；健保署初估，若以20%計算，民眾未經轉診直接到醫學中心就醫，門診部分負擔將從現行360增至554元，漲幅近5成4，重病、醫療費高者，看一次病恐要花上千元。（胡治言／綜合報導）
