搶喇叭風波　中正一：約好今歸還

對於群眾控訴「搶」喇叭，台北市警局中正一分局稍早由偵查隊長周郁文出面回應，表示當天見民眾透過喇叭及擴大機鼓譟民意，為預防煽動群眾情緒而先行保管，強調絕無不法。
 
周郁文還說，對方（喇叭持有人董智偉）早已透過管道要求歸還喇叭，上周約好今日歸還，「沒想還是有人要藉機發揮，但仍會按照既定的計劃歸還喇叭」。強調，群眾討喇叭行動未經申請，屬違法。
 
對此，「還我喇叭行動」新聞聯絡人陳郁琦表示，警方違法搶奪喇叭，卻想私下歸還，因此在中正一分局前公開舉行記者會，就是要公佈警方違法濫權的劣行。（突發中心／台北報導）
