300群眾路過中正一　方仰寧出面喊話

公投盟總召蔡丁貴今晚9時許，帶領300名群眾從立法院出發，「路過」中正一分局，現場約有200人，首波抵達中正一分局的10多民眾，突然去拉扯警察的盾牌，因此發生衝突，在蔡丁貴阻止下，目前現場氣氛已經較為平和，蔡丁貴等10人在中正一分局前靜坐。
