OL隨手關燈　竟惹殺身之禍

上月18日凌晨1時半許，台北市1名陳姓廚師下班返回租屋處在廚房煮水，林姓女室友經過走廊以為廚房內沒人，隨手關燈，不料竟招來殺身之禍，陳男誤認林女惡意關燈，竟拿菜刀將砍殺她頭部，所幸其他室友將她送醫挽回一命，台北地檢署今依殺人未遂罪將陳男起訴。
 
起訴指出，陳姓廚師在中正區的租屋處廚房內煮水時，上班族林姓女室友準備到浴室洗澡，以為廚房沒人，順手將燈關掉，陳男竟追到浴室門前，大聲質問林女為何關燈，並用力踹門助威。

林女反駁表示不是故意關燈，陳男仍舊怒火中燒，持菜刀連砍林女頭部數次，林女以手抵擋才倖免於難，但仍造成雙手開放性骨折、神經斷裂及顏面多處裂傷，由其他室友協助送醫挽回一命。
 
事後陳男自認鑄成大錯，前往警局自首，今被依殺人未遂罪起訴。（胡守得／台北報導）
