涉嫌麵包蟲恐嚇案的賴姓男子落網，警方也逮捕賴嫌的林姓女性友人。高雄地檢署偵訊後，排除林女涉案，今天將她請回。

刑事局偵辦麵包恐嚇信案，查出32歲的性侵通緝犯賴男涉案，刑事局南部打擊犯罪中心昨天晚間前往賴男在高雄市三民區建工路租屋處，逮捕賴嫌及林女到案。

林女下午由刑事局南部打擊犯罪中心依藏匿人犯等罪嫌移送高雄地檢署時，對於媒體詢問是否為賴嫌女友、是否知情和是否參與等，都低頭不語。

檢方表示，林女否認與賴嫌是男女朋友關係，賴嫌還以假名騙她姓侯，不知賴嫌是通緝犯，只是網友，偶爾借住她家及借用她的電腦，對於「蟲蟲信」恐嚇案也全部不知情。檢方排除林女涉案後請回。

賴嫌遭逮後向警方供稱，是因不滿警方查辦他女友涉嫌違反商標法案，才寄發恐嚇信為女友出口氣，企圖發洩不滿和造成警方及社會困擾。(中央社)
