油價Hold不住　周線暴跌9.6%

美國石油產量增加，庫存設施趨於飽和，儲油空間用盡恐導致更多原油湧入市場，供過於求的狀況進一步惡化，重創國際油價。紐約西德州原油期貨價周五收在1月29日以來新低每桶44.84美元，周線暴跌9.6%，創去年12月以來最大單周跌幅。

儘管石油服務商BAKER HUGHES的資料顯示，截至周五，美國鑽油平台數量降至2011年3月以來的新低866座，為連14周下滑，但IEA（International Energy Agency，國際能源總署）的報告指出，美國原油生產未有減少跡象，顯示鑽油平台數量減少，並未阻擋美國產油的腳步。

IEA警告，近期油價回穩的狀況只是表象，若預期未來油價走勢能夠平穩，恐怕過於樂觀。

Merchant Commodity Fund投資長金恩（Doug King）指出，通常第2季的需求最為疲弱，預估油價跌破40美元的時間點將早於投資人預期，可能下探每桶30~35美元。（賴宇萍／綜合外電報導）
