去年北市新屋均價83萬　大同區漲幅居冠

 【王筱君／台北報導】台北市房價漲不停，據《住展》雜誌統計，2013年北市12行政區預售屋與新成屋房價平均漲幅達13.4%，每坪均價83.9萬元，大同區漲幅最大達20.4%，大安區蟬聯全國最貴房價區，每坪均價134.4萬元，較2012年漲5.6%。值得注意的是，漲幅前3名大同、松山與内湖區均非市中心第一環，顯示二環房價補漲力道強。
 
《住展》研發長倪子仁分析，自2011年6月奢侈稅實施以來，衝擊面似乎與房價變化脫勾，房市呈現「價揚量縮」趨勢。
