高鐵列車剎車訊號異常　延誤38分

【李姿慧／台北報導】高鐵又出包延誤，因高鐵756北上車次晚間10時16分列車剎車系統訊號異常停下來，之後慢行至其他軌道檢查，導致10時47分排除重起啟動，延誤38分，連帶影響新竹站─台中站間399班次暫停延誤5到7分鐘，其他列車全面正常行駛。
