顏萬進將入監　囑託宜檢執行

【賴又嘉／台北報導】內政部前次長顏萬進因於7年前的北投纜車弊案中收賄120萬元，協助業者取得執照，另詐領機票，去年11月被最高法院判處12年6月徒刑定讞。
 
台北地檢署日前收到確定判決，但因顏萬進戶籍在宜蘭，且向北檢聲請移轉管轄，北檢依規定囑託宜蘭地檢署代為執行，因此顏萬進近期將到宜蘭監獄入監服行。
