南韓喊話 籲北韓握和平之手

南韓統一部長柳吉表示：當前的朝鮮半島局勢，北韓當局需要儘快握住南韓伸出的和解、合作、和平與信任之手。

柳吉在出席統一部舉行的新年工作會時表示，最近北韓內部發生了巨變，而如今局勢正趨於穩定。儘管如此，從北韓的種種情況和環境等客觀條件來看，可以預計北韓內部仍有潛在的不確定因素。

另外，南韓外交部長尹炳世，舉行的外交部新年工作會上表示，張成澤被處決後，北韓內部局勢的不確定性日益增加。在此情況下，南韓應密切關注張成澤事件之後，給兩韓關係、北韓核武問題和周邊國家，帶來的影響，以及北韓再次發起挑釁的可能性。

尹炳世在對日外交方面表示，日本政治領導人錯誤的歷史觀，不僅讓日本面臨受孤立的風險，還給韓日兩國關係和東北亞和平與穩定，構成極大威脅。日本首相安倍晉三近日參拜靖國神社，也證明了這一點。今後需進一步關注日本的這種態度，將朝著什麼方向發展。 （王長偉 首爾報導）
