巴黎銀行4人被挾持　疑犯投降落網

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】一名持械男子於當地時間18日下午到巴黎南部第13區的法國工商信貸銀行挾持4名人質，經過談判之後疑犯釋放4人，最後向警方投降。

據了解，疑犯挾持人質期間曾經提出以房屋津貼作為籌碼，讓他與殘障的兒子有地方住，警方稱談判過程進行得很順利，才能使人質全部安全獲釋。在談判之外，警方也在銀行外嚴密佈防，幸好最後沒有發生駁火。
