佔中3周 學聯：撤退時候未到

（中央社香港19日電）香港「占中」運動已滿3週，參與團體香港專上學生聯會（學聯）副秘書長岑敖暉今天表示，現在不是撤退的時候，但基於尊重法治，運動結束後他會主動向警方投案。

綜合香港媒體報導，岑敖暉上午出席香港電台節目「城市論壇」時說，參與公民抗命的目的是要擾亂部分社會秩序，但因為他尊重法治，運動結束後會主動向警方投案，承擔法律後果。

岑敖暉表示，他和「占中三子」（戴耀廷、朱耀明和陳健民）等組織者在運動結束後都會去自首，但他認為現在還不是撤退的時候。

他說，學聯願意隨時與港府溝通，也歡迎政府重啟對話，期望對話能解決問題。但他希望21日學聯與港府對話時，政府正面回應市民對普選的訴求，並提出時間表、路線圖或解決方法。

岑敖暉強調，「政治問題需以政治解決，不能以警隊解決」，還說占領運動是群眾自發，學聯或占中發起人都無法控制，只有香港行政長官（特首）梁振英控制得了。

占中據點旺角連日爆發警民衝突後，學聯常委梁麗幗仍不認為占領運動已經失控。她批評作出有關評論的官員不了解情況，言論不負責任。

梁麗幗今天表示，過去兩晚她都在旺角，觀察到有人想衝出十字路口時，其他民眾便會制止，但在醞釀期警方已舉起紅旗警告或噴胡椒噴霧。她認為是警方在時機拿捏上出問題，才引起誤會造成衝突。1031019
