新北租屋平台　9月上線

【李定宇／新北報導】配合內政部營建署補助獎勵，新北市成立租屋服務平台，協助中低所得家庭或一般民眾的租屋服務，預計今年9月平台可正式上線。
 
新北市城鄉局表示，租屋服務平台採用公開招標委外辦理，今日經審查2家廠商符合資格，預計28日公開評選，最快今年9月即可上線，屆時服務平台不僅協助中低所得家庭及愛心房東「好屋速配」，還提供民眾多元租屋資訊。
