高鐵炸彈客求交保　「該考慮我身體狀況」

【黃哲民／新北報導】今年4月涉犯高鐵炸彈案的律師胡宗賢至今被羈押禁見，押期將於下月7日到期。他上午被提訊到新北地方法院出庭，要求法官准他交保，並說自己在台中、新竹和台北還有別的案件要開庭，「叫看守所每次出動人車護送我出庭，這樣會不會太浪費公帑？」

胡男並宣稱，自己的精神狀態需家人支持，「不然我的狀況會越來越差」，要求法官為保障被告人權，「是不是該考慮一下我的身體狀況？」

胡男律師方南山請求法官考量胡男被羈押近5個月，「已足以讓被告反省」，希望讓胡男交保。若法官裁定延押，盼能解除禁見，以便胡男與親屬會面，「有助其精神狀況提升」。
