夜市美食熱量高　　福州世祖胡椒餅371大卡

【沈能元／台北報導】台灣夜市美食讓人唇齒留香，卻可能吃進過多熱量。北市衛生局今公布饒河街觀光夜市中28種美食熱量，包括知名的齒牛香牛肉麵的紅燒牛肉麵713.3大卡、福州世祖胡椒餅1個熱量371大卡、金林三兄弟的藥燉排骨1碗264.7大卡。營養師表示，建議逛夜市時，可多選擇無糖飲料、低油、低熱量，並富含蔬菜的美食。
