男腰痛還「害喜」　竟是患上睪丸癌

英國一名32歲男子廷斯利(Adrian Tinsley)出現噁心、嗜睡等害喜症狀，原以為受女友懷孕影響，而出現擬娩症候群(Couvade syndrome)，但檢查才發現其實是患上睪丸癌。

據英國《每日郵報》報導，廷斯利在女友懷孕後，出現嘔吐、貪睡嗜吃的現象，2人一直以為只是擬娩症候群，即男性在伴侶懷孕後，會因憂慮而出現類似害喜的症狀，該病一般在伴侶分娩後，症狀便會不藥而癒。不過，在女友分娩前一周，廷斯利突然感到腰部劇痛，經診斷後證實患上睪丸癌，並已潛伏5年。

廷斯利的睪丸、鼠蹊部和背部均發現腫瘤，才會造成腰痛，要在今年2月進行化療和手術。他不但要放棄工作，即使女兒至今10個月大，廷斯利仍未能親自照顧女兒，以免感染病菌。二人原訂在女兒學會走路後便結婚，現在也因為抗癌而要延期。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
