索賄喝花酒　屏縣府官員起訴

屏東縣政府前水利行政科長張靜忠辦理縣府河圳疏濬工程，涉嫌向包商索賄，還多次接受招待喝花酒，經廉政署掌握後送辦，屏東地檢署今天以貪污罪偵結，起訴張男和涉嫌行賄李姓包商等8人。

張靜忠主辦林邊溪主流斷面16至19河段、7至10河段採售合人疏濬土石標售，及楓港溪麻里巴橋上游河段採售合一疏濬土石標售，握有審件、驗收等權限，卻在過程中向多位廠商索賄，動輒屢以刁難施壓，並且接受廠商招待到高雄喝花酒，有損行政機關廉能形象，檢方因而依法起公訴。

張男在案發後已向縣府提出辭呈，目前無法聯絡知其意見。（洪振生／屏東報導）
