太百案 海基會：持續關注

針對太百與成商糾紛，海基會今天說，會持續了解目前情況，提供協助，也呼籲雙方尊重法律。

針對太百糾紛案，大陸海峽兩岸關係協會副會長鄭立中25日曾表示，這幾天雙方都在密切繼續協調，成商已「基本同意」太百先繼續開店，但開店時間及期限都還要再協調。

不過，遠東零售系統─太平洋中國控股公司今天晚間發出聲明，指成商「奧步盡出」，百般刁難太百入場處理廠商帳款及員工薪資，呼籲成商應遵守商道。

海峽交流基金會副秘書長兼發言人馬紹章針對此事表示，會持續和太百接觸，了解目前情況，看後續能夠提供什麼樣協助；同時，海基會也呼籲雙方尊重法律，不要有自行執法的情形。
