杯葛談話會　綠委已霸占主席台

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】立法院今將展開為期兩周臨時會，處理核四公投案、兩岸服貿協議等案。上午立院先舉行談話會，立法院外抗議聲不斷，場內則呈現空轉。預計11時舉行的談話會還未開會，台聯立委10時55分便已搶先霸占主席台，民進黨立委葉宜津、林淑芬等人隨後也一同站上主席台。
