消費回溫 1-5月信用卡簽帳增7.4%

【經濟日報記者邱建業／28日電】主計總處指出，依金管會銀行局統計，今 (2013)年5月底信用卡發卡機構計36家，流通卡數3,462萬張，有效卡數2,192萬張，較上年同月底增4.6%。

循環信用餘額1,220億元，年減9.3%；另累計1-5月信用卡簽帳金額為7,549億元，較上年同期增7.4%，其中，國內簽帳交易占逾九成，增7.0%。

現金卡方面，5月底發卡機構計18家，已動用額度卡數56萬張，較上年同期減9.5%，放款餘額320億元，較去年同月底亦減16.5%。至於金融卡方面，5月底流通卡數8,251萬張，較上年同月底成長4.1%，1-5月交易次數3.1億次，成長率為11.8%，交易金額為3.9兆，增加8.4%。

信用消費金額增加，顯示今年上半年民間消費有希望逐步回暖。
