這樣的單子怎樣算？

前天已有板友遭到正義的砲擊
不過已跟車行師傅詢問

皮帶保護蓋應指阿嚕米那塊（前面那板友好像沒拆那片吧）
阿嚕米外這塑膠塊功用是保護阿嚕米
小海棉那塊其實可有可無
不影響騎乘，也不會有噪音*註1

由於偉哉人民保母說那塊就是皮帶傳動箱外蓋（見圖）
且會有噪音！？
對此真的是讓人匪夷所思

補充一下：
我跟前篇陽明山那板友同天被開
我個人是覺得有些疑惑
1.真的要認真取締是否山下就可以抓，到竹子湖才攔，不免有作秀衝業績之聯想
2.真要取締，是否該連同其他違規事項
魚眼有變造車體或是排氣管造音問題
3.如果警察對於違規項目不清楚就依照自身認定開單，是否擾民？

註1：改空濾才會有造音吧
