彭博報導，社群網站龍頭臉書公司（Facebook Inc.）遭到英國資訊委員會辦公室（ICO）調查，主要因臉書一項心理實驗改變用戶在動態消息看到的內容，引發最新隱私權疑慮。

臉書的一名研究人員上月29日為2012年1月進行的實驗道歉，這項實驗改變近70萬名用戶貼文和照片動態消息上正反評論留言數量。實驗消息曝光後，部分臉書會員在推特上對這種破壞隱私權的行為表示憤慨。

「金融時報」（Financial Times）稍早曾報導，英國資訊管理單位已對臉書展開調查。

英國資訊委員會辦公室發言人昨天說，他們將訪談臉書，並且與愛爾蘭資訊保護局長（Irish DataProtection Commissioner）合作，以瞭解更多的情況。

金融時報報導，ICO將調查臉書是否違反資訊保護法，但目前要說臉書可能違反何種法令仍言之過早。

愛爾蘭資訊保護局發言人杜葉（John O’Dwyer）說，已經就隱私權問題與臉書聯繫，包括與這項研究有關的同意權問題，並靜待臉書完整報告。

臉書是否遵守歐洲聯盟（European Union）法令是由愛爾蘭管轄，因為臉書的歐洲總部設在都柏林。臉書發言人凡妮莎．陳（Vanessa Chan，音譯）未立即回應評論此事的要求。（譯者：中央社簡長盛）1030702
