想請教大家我這狀況提離職的時間點我原本因為個人規劃加上工作上一些問題預計是做到下個月底滿兩年、最多五月初要離職，想說四月初提差不多可是現在狀況來了，我主管前幾天說他做到這個月底..... 我目前職務是組長，公司目前也沒有找新主管進來的意思主管跟我說之後主管位置會由總經理（老闆）暫代，可是我們老闆幾乎都在台北，只有禮拜一來開會也就是說部門主管實際上是我要做現在主管把一部分工作移轉給其他部門，一部分交接給我及其他組員而其他人都比我資淺，總會顧慮到他們的狀況（其實整間公司，這次走兩個主管後北高加一加只剩三個人比我資深..）所以很煩惱是要照原訂計畫四月初提離職，還是要先讓他們知道我有要離職的意思 -- Sent from my Gameboy -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.254.189.186 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1426301297.A.FE0.html
