移民官發一元紅包祝遊客「福氣羊羊」

移民署基隆港國境事務隊特別在春節期間準備300分「福氣羊羊」紅包，紅包內有象徵「一元復始」的一元新台幣及「羊年行大運」的賀卡，在港口與機場送給返國與來臺觀光的旅客，希望他們在台灣歡度佳節，「福氣滿滿、羊羊如意」。不少外籍遊客第一次拿到紅包都十分驚喜，首度體驗到華人習俗，也感到非常開心，返台過年的國人一踏上家鄉土地，也有個吉祥的好兆頭。隊長黃金水表示，今年300分特製紅包已幾乎全數發光，尤其是小朋友們都非常喜歡，讓移民官與民同樂，分享春節喜悅。
