阿富汗神學士今天稱要派出代表，與美方高層在卡達談判，美國白宮稍晚否認此事。

路透報導，先前有阿富汗高層透露，稱神學士主動提出談判一說，美國白宮稍晚否認，稱目前沒有計畫和神學士在杜哈會面，並說美國支持由阿富汗政府領導的調停進程。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
