毛揆視察榮家與榮民圍爐

今天是除夕，行政院長毛治國到桃園榮家與榮民圍爐，毛治國希望未來榮家提升資源，提供全方位照護。

退輔會發布新聞稿，今天上午11時毛治國到桃園榮家關心榮民生活及照服設施情形，並向榮民拜年。由退輔會主委董翔龍接待。

毛治國肯定退輔會榮民安置照顧及醫療保健作為，並期許未來配合衛生福利部實施長照法，能夠再提升現有設施與資源，全方位提供照護服務，希望榮家成為政府照顧銀髮長輩的模範。

隨後毛治國在家區內與榮民閒話家常，並關懷百歲人瑞。毛治國接著前往餐廳致贈春節加菜金，並與榮民除夕圍爐。

全國共設有16所榮家，提供榮民就養安置服務。其中桃園榮家成立於民國63年，占地近7.8公頃，是北部主要的安置榮家。
