歐巴馬與達賴喇嘛　下周將公開會晤

白宮昨天（30）表示，美國總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）下周將在華府公開會晤西藏精神領袖達賴喇嘛。

法新社今天（31日）報導，美國國家安全委員會發言人米漢（Bernadette Meehan）表示，歐巴馬將在下周四（2月4日）的全國祈禱早餐會（National Prayer Breakfast）上，就捍衛宗教自由的重要性發表談話。今年西藏精神領袖達賴喇嘛亦獲邀參加，屆時歐巴馬將與達賴談論捍衛宗教自由的重要性。

但白宮強調，歐巴馬不會與達賴進行「特別會晤」。

歐巴馬曾在白宮接見達賴3次，但3次都是關起門來接見達賴，以免過度激怒中國。中國指控達賴煽動西藏獨立，有分裂國家之嫌。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
