宇宙大爆炸發現　科學家承認誤判

去年3月哈佛史密森尼天體物理中心（Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics）宣稱找到宇宙急速膨脹的證據，是「大爆炸」的有力佐證，論文發表後受到各方質疑，3個月後稱「信心下降」，昨天正式認錯。

該研究團隊稱，他們在南極的BICEP2觀測望遠鏡找到「原始重力波」的存在證據。原始重力波是大爆炸之初宇宙急速擴張產生的現象，痕跡留在稱為「宇宙微波背景輻射」的古老光波中，而其中關鍵偵測器，就是由台灣出身的美國史丹福大學助理教授郭兆林設計。

不過他們發現的「重力波」，實際上是銀河中的塵埃。加州大學聖地牙哥分校教授凱丁（Brian Keating）表示，「我們太快下定論，錯估了結果，望眼鏡確實有捕捉到訊號，但那是銀河系的塵埃，或是塵埃下的重力波」，「現在我們認定它並非完全來自宇宙膨脹的重力波」。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
