勒令停工仍開爐排污水　強冠老闆起訴

引發餿水油風暴的高雄強冠公司，去年7月因排放廢水被環保局勒令停工後，卻繼續開爐進行食用油精鍊程序，並排放蒸汽廢水，9月再度遭稽查送辦。高雄地檢署今依違反《水污染防治法》將強冠負責人葉文祥起訴。

起訴指出，高雄市大寮區強冠公司去年7月28日因排放廢水不符合放流水標準，被環保局依違反《水污染防治法》下令停工並裁罰60萬元。

但負責人葉文祥竟不理會停工命令，仍命員工開啟食用油鍋爐加溫，不斷產生違反規定的蒸汽冷卻水，繼續在廠內從事食用油精鍊程序，直到9月1日環保局人員再度上門稽查查獲，因此將負責人移送地檢署偵辦。（郭芷余／高雄報導）
