【更新】認魏應充仍有逃亡之虞　檢方將抗告

針對法院以無串證之虞裁定魏應充等人交保，彰化檢方雖還沒收到法院的裁定書，但下午4時已表示將會提出抗告，理由是認為仍有逃亡和串供之虞。

檢方指出，魏家在海外的資金不明，仍有逃亡海外的可能，而全案仍有其他頂新員工未訊問，被告仍有串證之虞，故提出抗告。

檢方表示，合議庭在今天凌晨這個時間點裁定交保，感覺像是突襲，可說是吃了悶虧。(孫英哲／彰化報導)
