（中央社華盛頓13日綜合外電報導）路透社報導，據今天公布的內部檢討，美國特勤局在包括1名特工因個人手機通話而分散注意力等重大疏失下，導致1名侵入者9月時能順利攀越白宮外牆並闖入行政大樓內。

42歲、曾參與伊拉克戰爭的退役軍人龔薩雷茲（Omar Gonzalez）被控9月19日持刀闖入管制森嚴的綜合大樓，成為歐巴馬2009年入主白宮以來最重大的安全疏失之一。

這名嫌犯直到闖入白宮主要樓層才被制止。除了持刀外，這名嫌犯也被發現在車內藏有更多武器。

美聯社報導，根據美國國土安全部檢討，由於警報器和無線電未響起、草坪上茂密的灌木叢、房門未鎖和室內特工因體型過小和裝備不良而無法抵擋攜帶刀械的侵入者闖進。

美國政府判斷因缺乏訓練、特勤人員判斷能力欠佳和通訊問題導致這起維安疏失發生，終致特勤局長皮爾森（Julia Pierson）引咎辭職。這項報告並未詳述任何紀律處分動作。

美國眾議院國土安全委員會（Homeland SecurityCommittee）主席麥考爾（Michael McCaul）今推法案成立小組「徹底檢討」特勤局。
