環保署空氣品質監測網顯示，雲嘉南、高屏地區今天因擴散條件不佳，臭氧及細懸浮微粒濃度均達警戒範圍，民眾外出應戴口罩，敏感族群盡量避免在戶外從事劇烈活動。

據環保署空氣品質監測網說明，紫外線指數在6至7間屬於高量級，曝曬30分鐘就有曬傷可能；紫外線指數在8至10間為過量級，曝曬20分鐘就有曬傷可能。

今天的紫外線預報顯示，宜蘭、北部地區紫外線指數7，屬於高量級；竹苗、中部、雲嘉南、高屏、花東地區紫外線指數8，均達過量級。

環保署提醒，民眾在上午10時到下午2時最好減少外出，且應戴帽子、帶陽傘，擦防曬乳、戴太陽眼鏡等防曬措施，以免曬傷中暑。

全國紫外線監測站共34站，由行政院環境保護署（14站）及交通部中央氣象局（20站）共同執行。

此外，空氣品質預報部分，台灣各地區及離島地區今天空氣品質為普通等級，指標污染物為臭氧及懸浮微粒；雲嘉南及高屏地區受擴散條件不佳影響，臭氧及細懸浮微粒濃度已達警戒範圍，民眾外出應戴口罩，敏感族群盡量避免在戶外從事劇烈活動。(中央社)
