反制黑道　圍堵壹傳媒禁制令延至10月31日

《蘋果日報》早前就有示威人士堵塞壹傳媒大樓的出入口，向法庭取得臨時禁制令，案件今日再提訊。

蘋果一方的代表律師蕭子謙指，自從10月11日開始，有過百佔領者戴著口罩堵塞壹傳媒大樓的出入口，他們不肯透露身份，亦不肯接收禁制令，而且每天的佔領者均不同。

律師又指，如有佔領者違反禁制令而事件報警後，蘋果一方可向警方取得違禁令者資料，以向對方採取法律行動，控以藐視法庭，故要求更改派發禁制令的方式，以登報及將禁制令貼於大樓當眼位置，取代親身派票。

法官批准蘋果一方的申請，並將臨時禁制令延長至10月31日。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
