帶小三出國嘿咻無法管　國內性愛照成證據

新北市吳姓工程師（30多歲）因工作認識劉姓廠商女業務員（20多歲），2人因出差洽公為由，在國內外旅遊兼偷情至少30次，但因國外偷情無法管，但證據指出2次在國內發生性行為，將2人依妨害家庭罪起訴。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，2人曾在高雄、日月潭、巴里島、長灘島或到各地汽車旅館休息，旅遊兼偷情次數至少30次。吳男今年3月不堪劉女糾纏，主動告知妻子且交出5年的性愛照片、簡訊情書等，陳妻對兩人提告。

檢方調查，認定吳與劉女在國外發生性行為並無管轄權，其他照片也難以證明就是她，但劉女承認，她的性愛照片剛好是在國內拍攝。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
