封鎖避稅漏洞　愛爾蘭傳修改免稅政策

在全球政府與歐盟施壓後，愛爾蘭政府傳將在周二宣布調整免稅政策，防堵包括Google、facebook（臉書）在內的跨國企業利用知名的企業稅漏洞「Double Irish」避稅。

《華爾街日報》報導指出，多數使用「Double Irish」來避稅的都是總部設在美國的科技公司，科技與製藥相關企業傳已在擬定計劃，以因應潛在的政策調整。

「Double Irish」是一種避稅安排，利用愛爾蘭的法律，將智慧財產權專利稅從1家在愛爾蘭註冊的子公司，移轉到另1家在其他國家註冊、無需繳納企業收入所得稅的公司，以達到避稅的目的。（賴宇萍／綜合外電報導）
