雲稽查正義上游商行　註銷營業登記

雲林縣清查正義豬油下游販售業者計有21家，使用相關正義豬油製造業者有44家，雲林縣衛生局國慶連休假期持續派員稽查轄內食品原料行、食品販賣業、食品工廠及製造業、烘焙業、餐飲、夜市等相關業者，稽查計323家次，自主下架總量計4916.4公斤。
 
雲林縣生局食品衛生科長吳英郎表示，有關正義公司其中一家上游廠商「旭日友商行」，商業登記於嘉義縣，主要經營者為傅姓負責人，住家位於雲林縣北港鎮，疑似利用人頭於北港鎮成立「加拾伊商行」，衛生局分別於9月17日起多次電話聯繫，並派員稽查該商行、住家，都無法聯絡傅姓負責人，已由食品藥物管理局函送檢方調查偵辦中，而加拾伊商行營業登記，於10月2日遭縣府註銷。(李政遠／雲林報導)
