日國安局長秘會習近平　為首腦會談鋪路

日本《朝日新聞》引述中日多位消息人士指，中國國家習近平主席7月底會見秘密訪京的日本前首相福田康夫時，日本國家安全局局長谷內正太郎亦有隨行。

有報導指出，作為首相安倍晉三頭號親信的國家安全負責人，與習近平直接見面會談，顯示兩國政府為實現11月的中日首腦會談，高層交流已暗中展開。

日本內閣官房長官菅義偉早前回應福田康夫訪華，堅稱政府並不知情，但如今發現谷內正太郎亦有同行，分析認為安倍和首相官邸正是這次秘密訪華的真正策劃者。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
