【動即時】國3槽車翻車　刺鼻「甲基丙烯酸」外洩

國道3號北上香山路段今天早上7時30分發生槽車翻覆意外！1輛滿載化學液體「甲基丙烯酸」的槽車，行經北上105公里處、剛過香山交流道時，突然衝向路肩邊坡，車輛擦撞邊坡後側翻，連輪軸都撞斷脫落，駕駛受困車頭。
 
警消獲報，以器材破壞車門，把駕駛救出送醫，所幸駕駛僅輕傷。消防隊在現場聞到濃厚的刺鼻味，查看發現槽車載運的是具有刺激性、易燃的甲基丙烯酸液體，因槽車側翻，槽體受損，液體像水龍頭一樣，不斷外洩，沿著邊坡水溝流出，趕緊封鎖現場警戒。
 
國道警方不敢大意，第一時間通報環保署毒災應變隊，但應變隊卻過了1小時還遲遲未到場，警消只好自行調來沙包，避免外洩的化學液體繼續沿水溝流出。至於確切車禍發生原因，仍帶警方調查釐清。（林師民／新竹報導）
