公立醫師身分　銓敘部：柯妻拜票恐違法

台北市長參選人柯文哲日前訪美，國慶日當天由妻子陳佩琪代夫出征，替不在台灣的柯文哲掃街拜票，但因為陳佩琪在公立醫院任職，遭質疑違反行政中立。

銓敘部官員表示，公立醫師是公務人員考試及格任用，是公務人員，要受《公務人員行政中立法》規範，即便是下班或休假時間也具有公務員身分，所以也不可有輔選行為。但是否違法，是個案認定，應由主管機關台北市人事行政處認定。（政治中心／台北報導）
