偷東西露餡尿遁　竊賊自知逃不過自首

基隆市一名徐姓男子，騎著機車在中正區路上閒逛，發現1間房屋沒人在家，堆放著未整理的家具、家電等物品，於是潛入竊走1台瓦斯爐還有茶具，剛放上機車想載走，卻被鄰居發現通報屋主，找來警察抓人，徐男見狀還假裝路人尿尿躲避，然後先棄車逃逸，等警方入屋搜證時，再偷騎機車離開。

警方發現載著贓物的機車被騎走，原本要根據車牌追查嫌犯，但是徐男丟棄贓物後，自覺逃不過警方追緝，先向警方自首，仍被依竊盜罪嫌送辦。

基隆法院審理後，法官認為徐男符合自首要件，於是輕判有期徒刑2月，可易科罰金6萬元，全案還可上訴。（蔡進男／基隆報導）
