親上加親　上海商銀透過香港子公司投資中國上海商銀

上海商銀今日公告，將透過在香港子公司香港上海商銀投資中國的上海商銀，將認購中國上海商銀新增股份1.2萬張，每股價格16.57元人民幣（約80.61元台幣），總認購金額2億元人民幣（約9.75億元台幣），也顯示兩岸三地的上海商銀交叉持股更為密切。

創立於1915年的上海商銀，明年將屆滿100歲，當初在中國上海成立，並於1954年在台灣重新註冊登記，並於1965年正式在台恢復營業，也是國內唯一從中國遷台復業的民營行庫。近日上海商銀才完成興櫃掛牌，規劃明年百周年慶時上市。而今日上海商銀公告，將透過在香港子公司香港上海商銀加碼投資中國上海商銀，預計投入金額9.75億元台幣。而中國上海商銀此次也發行新股，在完成增資後，資本額將從現行47.04億元人民幣，新增7億元人民幣，達54.04億元人民幣。

上海商銀提到，截至目前為止，投資中國上海商銀的金額達4140萬美元（約12.42億元台幣）。而上海商銀也提到，目前持有香港上海商銀股份約57.6%。（黃國棟／台北報導）
