消費者信心差　美股早盤小跌

美股今天受到經濟數據表現不佳、加上俄羅斯央行宣布，為防止資本外流，恐實施暫時性資本控制措施影響，早盤3大指數皆小幅下跌。道瓊工業指數下跌0.07%或12點、納斯達克指數下跌0.2%或9點、S&P 500指數下跌0.16%或3點。
 
福特（ford）宣布今年獲利將無法達標，股價早盤一度下跌逾3%，ebay將在明年分拆旗下網路金流公司Paypal，激勵股價早盤大漲近7%，而新聞集團（News Corp）將以9.5億美元收購房地產網站營運商Move，激勵Move早盤大漲37%。
 
美國經濟諮商會（Conference Board）公布，9月消費者信心指數僅86，遠不如市場預期的92.5，顯示民眾對經濟前景仍持保守看法。（陳冠穎／綜合外電報導）
