高雄市衛生局今天證實上週再增10例本土登革出血熱，其中住在三民區的59歲婦人死亡，累積全市因出血登革熱死亡病例共6人。

衛生局統計至29日，高雄市計有2976例本土登革熱病例，含38例登革出血熱，其中29例康復、3例住院、6例死亡。

38例患者中有81.6%是為中高年齡層，居住在苓雅區9例、三民區9例、前鎮區6例、鳳山區5例、小港區4例及其他5例。

衛生局呼籲曾感染過登革熱或有高血壓、糖尿病等慢性病史或罹患癌症的民眾，務必做好防蚊措施，避免感染登革熱而發生較嚴重登革出血熱。

衛生局指出，三民區長明里死亡病例是59歲女性，無特殊病史，18日出現發燒、頭痛、肌肉痠痛、休克、腹瀉等症狀，22日就醫後住院，陸續出現腸胃道出血、血壓降低及休克昏迷現象。

衛生局說，高雄市登革熱病例數快速增加，登革出血熱病例也持續出現，10月及11月將進入登革熱流行高峰期，如有發燒、頭痛、後眼窩痛、肌肉痛、關節痛、出疹等疑似症狀，應儘速就醫治療並告知旅遊史，以利通報醫治。(中央社)
